What needed solving
Iraq's padel scene had no shared infrastructure for booking, ratings, tournaments, or live scoring — clubs ran on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. PadelOps unifies players, matches, and events on one platform.

Features & scope
- Flutter mobile app with a dark olive-green glass UI.
- Friendly Matchmaking module: 14-table schema, player ratings, and no-show detection with an admin dashboard.
- WhatsApp OTP login.
- Firebase FCM push notifications, including iOS APNs delivery.
- Live tournament scoreboard with full padel scoring, tiebreaks, a celebration overlay, and a live TV display mode.
- Tournament management and VAR instant-replay review.
