A live car show needed frictionless public registration, reliable entry check-in, and tamper-resistant public voting — all working on visitors’ phones inside a crowded venue.

Features & scope
- Vehicle self-registration with photo submission and an approval workflow.
- Auto-generated QR codes with WhatsApp notifications.
- QR check-in with duplicate prevention and bulk sticker printing.
- QR-based public voting (Best Vehicle, Best Project, Best Company Booth).
- GPS geo-fencing so votes only count inside the venue.
- Device-level duplicate prevention and a big-screen live results reveal.
